Fenton primaryWe are pleased to announce that Fenton Community Primary School are being supported by Morph ICT.

Fenton Community Primary School is based in the heart of Haverfordwest and has 500+ students. The school is an advocate of mobile learning with every class having a mixture of laptops and tablets. The school now has access to a responsive support desk, 24 hour server monitoring and weekly visits where an engineer is on site carrying out a list of tasks submitted to the support desk.

The main goal of our school support is to free up the deputy headteacher and other key members of staff from having to fix IT issues so they can focus on delivering the curriculum to the students at Fenton.


How we help Fenton Community Primary School:

Support Desk:

As we said we provide the school with a support desk that any member of staff can use. They can log onto the system and track the progress of each ticket they submit. Key members of staff have access to see every ticket logged by Fenton staff so they can see what is being reported.

Mobile Device Management:

Mobile Device Management is used throughout the school. Morph ICT now support the schools MDM system helping ensure that devices are running the latest version of iOS and that the apps are up-to-date to reduce the threat to the schools infrastructure.

Desktop Management:

With over 100 Windows devices keeping on top of updates, security patches and software updates is no longer a staff issue. Morph ICT regularly update and patch computers to ensure they are protected.

Onsite Support:

Our weekly visits mean we can help those who don’t log tickets. It happens in every school people “don’t have time to  email” and that’s alright. We wouldn’t be much help if we said “no” to someones cry for help while onsite. We solve the issue and log the ticket so its recorded.

Onsite support means we can solve tickets that just can’t be done remotely… printer jams, projector failure.

Remote Server Monitoring:

We use our software to monitor the health of the schools network. We carry out tests and monitor storage, backups and other tasks. If the software detects a potential issue. We aim to provide the school with a solution before it becomes a problem.
