We are pleased to announce that Arundel Lido – Arundel are supported by Morph ICT.

Based in the heart of West Sussex in Arundel the lido is run as a charity by Arundel & Downland Community Leisure Trust (ACT), Registered Charity (Reg. No. 1091478).


The main goal of our remote support is to free up the lido manager and other key members of staff from having to fix IT issues so they can continue to focus on providing this great community resource.

How we help:

Support Desk:

Access to our support desk that any member of staff can use. They can log onto the system and track the progress of each ticket they submit. Key members of staff have access to the lidos area where they can see every ticket logged by lido staff so they can see what is being reported.

Desktop Management:

Keeping on top of updates, security patches and software updates is no longer a staff issue. Morph ICT regular update and patch computers to ensure they are protected.

Remote Server Monitoring:

We use our software to monitor the health of the the lidos servers. We carry out tests and monitor storage, backup and other tasks. If the software detects a potential issue. We aim to provide the lido with a solution before it becomes a problem.
